Elections are not the only decisions a Sangat faces. SikhVotes provides proprietary member/voter registration software. With just a scan of a person's ID, it auto-populates all the details securely. Every registered voter is compiled into a digital roster, and only the Gurdwara has access to their own voter data. ਸਿੱਖ ਵੋਟਸ ਮੈਂਬਰ/ਵੋਟਰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਸਾਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਆਈ.ਡੀ. ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਕੈਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਡੇਟਾ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Elderly Friendly: Sevadars (Voter Assistants) scan IDs and verbally explain the simple touchscreen. Voters then enter the booth alone, ensuring total vote secrecy. No one is left behind. As votes are cast, a live tally is telecast on your hall's screen for the entire Sangat to witness. Before a single real vote is cast, both sides attend a formal test election. Every test vote appears live on the results screen. Pillar Three

Voter Privacyਵੋਟਰ ਗੋਪਨੀਯਤਾ
The system is designed so that even if someone wanted to connect a voter to their vote, it is structurally impossible. This same privacy framework applies to all voting through SikhVotes, including policy and resolution votes. ਸਿਸਟਮ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਚਾਹੇ ਵੀ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਵੋਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਅਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ।
